Impact Brands, LLC is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our health and wellness company. You will monitor and manage accounts receivable orders, ensuring smooth processing and client satisfaction. This role reports directly to the COO.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable orders.
- Process or reject AR orders.
- Review fraudulent orders.
- Follow up with clients regarding their orders via phone or email.
- Provide and clarify information regarding products via telephone calls.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products.
