Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Paid Search Coordinator to deliver high-impact paid search campaigns for leading brands. This detail-oriented and performance-driven role involves managing and optimizing campaigns across major platforms to drive measurable results and contribute strategic insights.
What You'll Do
- Build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze search queries, and identify new keyword and negative keyword opportunities.
- Write compelling text ad copy (Google & Microsoft), collaborating with senior team members for review and refinement.
- Structure campaigns, tag URLs, select landing pages, and ensure flawless execution.
- Perform ongoing account optimizations to improve performance and efficiency.
- Monitor daily pacing and provide performance updates.
- Generate and pull reports to analyze trends across keywords, ad groups, campaigns, and ad copy.
- Support insight development for client presentations, wrap-ups, and QBRs.
- Conduct campaign QA on your own work and support quality control across the team.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns.
- Strong e-commerce experience.
- Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns directly within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Experience creating client-ready presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team mindset.
