Job Description: Support the accounting and financial management of the Bosch Digital Workplace department, contributing to budget control and financial planning for IT products and services. The professional will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and evolving tools and processes that support PSMs and teams in financial management and planning, ensuring information quality, organization, and cost predictability. - Act as the person responsible for the IT department's accounting management, including cost control, entries, allocations, provisions, and financial reconciliations. - Develop, maintain, and evolve tools and dashboards - Budget management (CAPEX and OPEX) - Monitoring of IT products and services - Financial planning and forecasting - Support PSMs and IT teams in structuring, monitoring, and optimizing their budgets. - Consolidate financial data from different sources (contracts, financial systems, suppliers, cost centers). - Act as an interface between the Workplace Alliance in Brazil and the Alliance's Finance/Controlling teams within the Global Workplace structure at Bosch Digital. - Create and document cost models, allocation rules, and chargeback/showback criteria where applicable. - Support the annual planning cycle, budget review, and IT investment strategy. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and audits. - Identify opportunities for financial efficiency, process automation, and governance improvement.
