DevSavant is seeking a Mid-Level Digital Advertising Specialist to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media efforts. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, boosting brand visibility, and contributing directly to business growth through data-driven advertising initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of full-funnel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing Ads, X/Twitter, and Facebook.
- Define and track performance goals including CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to improve targeting precision.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Ensure accurate implementation of UTM parameters and conversion tracking infrastructure.
- Monitor daily campaign metrics across platforms and identify actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
- Analyze performance data to refine targeting and maximize campaign ROI.
- Deliver clear and concise weekly/monthly reports with optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with broader brand and demand generation strategies.
- Share insights to support landing page development and funnel optimization.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in digital advertising.
- Benchmark industry and competitor campaigns to identify new growth opportunities.
- Recommend tools, technologies, and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of Bing Ads and X/Twitter campaign execution.
- Strong grasp of digital advertising metrics, attribution models, and full-funnel conversion strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and UTM parameter usage.
- Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions certifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech industries.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation/CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and lead nurture workflows.
