Kyo Autism Therapy is hiring a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Provide play-based, research-supported ABA therapy to help children with autism reach meaningful developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
  • Guide, mentor, and support Behavior Therapists and caregivers through observation, constructive feedback, and live modeling to ensure consistent treatment quality and skill growth.
  • Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, set client goals, and produce or update program resources and case documentation.

Compensation

$2000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. Direct therapy pay: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour. Supervision duties pay: $25.50 - $26.50 per hour.

Lehi, Logan, Manti, Ogden, Provo, Salt Lake City, Sandy, West Valley, and anywhere in between!

Commute

Program Supervisors may commute approximately 45 minutes from their preferred location.
