Mid-level All-Source Intelligence Analyst supporting U.S. military operations in Kuwait or Iraq by analyzing intelligence from diverse sources to assist contingency planning, battle staff functions, joint exercises, and strategic policy development. Operates remotely within a joint operational area to advance national security goals.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to real-time mission operations focused on safeguarding U.S. military personnel
- Deliver intelligence analysis in support of contingency missions, operational planning, and battle staff decision-making
- Assist in joint and multinational training exercises
- Provide intelligence input to support strategic engagement policies across Areas of Operational Responsibility and Areas of Interest
- Utilize both classified and unclassified databases, research tools, and software applications for intelligence analysis
- Collect, integrate, assess, interpret, and evaluate intelligence from all available sources
- Analyze the structure, function, relationships, key figures, capabilities, and intentions of foreign entities, terrorist organizations, and other intelligence targets
Requirements
- Hold a current Top Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
- Possess an Associate's Degree or four years of directly relevant intelligence analysis experience
- Have at least four years of analytical experience at the tactical or operational level within the Department of Defense or comparable government agencies
- Have prior military experience in intelligence-related MOS or specialty codes including 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalents such as USMC 0204, 0210, 0211, 0231, US Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF 1N051, 1N771, or 1N451A
- Demonstrate proficiency with standard computer applications and intelligence automation systems used in analysis and product development
- Exhibit strong research, analytical, and written communication abilities
- Function effectively as part of a remote analytical team supporting requirements of the Combined Joint Operations Area - Afghanistan (CJOA-A)
- Possess strong oral presentation and briefing capabilities
