10x Team is hiring a Corporate Finance Advisor - AI Trainer - Freelance - 8-20hrs/week - Remote

Freelance corporate finance expert needed to train AI by evaluating and refining content on financial modeling, valuation, M&A, and capital markets. Ensure logical accuracy, real-world relevance, and practical decision-making alignment in AI-generated outputs for global remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve AI-generated content on corporate finance subjects including capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising strategies, valuation methods, and risk assessment
• Ensure financial outputs reflect realistic business conditions, sound analytical reasoning, and practical application to actual corporate finance challenges
• Develop authentic case studies and decision scenarios based on firsthand experience in corporate finance roles
• Generate variations of financial situations from the viewpoints of key stakeholders such as CFOs, investors, board members, and advisors
• Detect and correct flawed assumptions, logical gaps, or impractical recommendations in AI-generated responses

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a corporate finance advisor, investment banker, or corporate development professional
• Eligible to work in the EU or UK
• Multiple years of direct involvement in financial analysis, M&A transactions, capital raising, or capital markets activities
• Skilled at identifying weaknesses in financial logic, theoretical shortcomings, or unrealistic financial projections
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and delivering clear, actionable feedback
• Available to commit 8–20 hours per week with availability to start in the near term
