Shape marketing technology solutions as a Senior Business Analyst focused on Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights – Journeys. You'll work across marketing and technical teams to define requirements, model customer journeys, and drive platform adoption with measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery workshops to capture marketing objectives and convert them into actionable user stories and functional designs
- Design segmentation strategies, automated workflows, and consent-aware campaign processes
- Partner with architects to build scalable, compliant solutions on Dataverse and the Power Platform
- Support integration efforts, data modeling, and adherence to privacy regulations including GDPR and CAN-SPAM
- Oversee testing phases, including user acceptance and full journey validation
- Develop training materials, lead change initiatives, and provide ongoing support for system adoption
- Analyze performance data to identify improvements and optimize marketing operations
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, or digital transformation roles
- Proven background with Dynamics 365 Marketing, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Power Automate
- Familiarity with D365 Sales, Dataverse, and the broader Power Platform ecosystem
- Hands-on expertise in lead management, automation triggers, and audience segmentation
- Experience working in regulated environments such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Pharma
- Relevant Microsoft certification preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical direction
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely anywhere in the U.S. Occasional travel to Raritan, NJ is required for key in-person meetings. The position does not support visa sponsorship at any time.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually. Additional eligibility includes participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and a performance-based annual incentive program.
