Lead the strategic integration of marketing and technology as a Senior Business Analyst focused on Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights – Journeys. In this role, you will work closely with marketing teams, business stakeholders, and technical architects to define and deliver solutions that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery workshops to capture marketing objectives and convert them into actionable requirements and user stories
- Design customer journey flows, segmentation strategies, consent frameworks, and automated campaign processes
- Partner with solution architects to develop scalable, maintainable configurations within D365 Marketing
- Support data modeling efforts, system integrations, and adherence to regulatory standards including GDPR and CAN-SPAM
- Lead user acceptance testing, validate solution quality, and ensure end-to-end testing of marketing workflows
- Develop training materials, system documentation, and support change management initiatives
- Analyze platform performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in business analysis within CRM, digital marketing, or MarTech environments
- Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 Marketing, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Dataverse
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Platform, and D365 Sales modules
- Proven track record in regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals
- Microsoft certification relevant to the Dynamics 365 platform
- Strong understanding of lead management, automation triggers, and marketing data models
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and requirements analysis
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid model, allowing remote work across the U.S. with periodic travel to Raritan, NJ for in-person meetings. You will collaborate within a global, inclusive, and innovation-driven culture that values professional growth and cross-functional teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually. Additional offerings include participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, eligibility for performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, and parental leave. Retirement is supported through a 401(k) plan with company contributions.
