Cognizant is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Business Analyst to serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical implementation teams. You will drive requirements, solution design, process optimization, and adoption of Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys), ensuring the platform delivers measurable business outcomes across campaigns, segmentation, lead management, and customer engagement.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery sessions and translate marketing needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Define customer journeys, segmentation logic, consent management, and campaign workflows
- Collaborate with architects to design scalable D365 Marketing solutions
- Support data modeling, integrations, and compliance (GDPR, CAN SPAM, etc.)
- Drive UAT, quality validation, and end to end journey testing
- Deliver training, documentation, and change management support
- Monitor performance and recommend optimization opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys
- Expertise in customer journeys, segmentation, triggers, lead management, and automation
- Knowledge of D365 Sales, Customer Insights – Data, or Power Automate
- Solid understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, and marketing data models
- Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes, and manage stakeholders
- Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Pharma
- Experience in digital marketing, CRM, or MarTech environments
- A relevant Microsoft certification
