LinkActiv Group / Grupo Ferré Rangel is hiring a full-time M&FF Operator to join our team. This regular position is central to our mail production operations, responsible for processing correspondence, operating machinery, and maintaining quality control.
What You'll Do
- Verify processed correspondence complies with established mail parameters.
- Read and interpret documents to process PAVE mail.
- Insert, fold, and combine letters and envelopes.
- Paste seals with glue and apply labels with hand directions.
- Operate the card inserting machine.
- Weigh correspondence to estimate mailing costs.
- Prepare cards with mail information for placing in address trays.
- Check address format in letters and break them down by zip code.
- Ensure correct information is printed before placing cards on the production line.
- Draw cards by machine or manually.
- Check that trays contain the correct information.
- Support the sweepstakes machine technician in case of damage.
- Inform the Group Leader about work done erroneously in the operation.
- Comply with all company policies, administrative, and human resources procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a production, mail processing, or similar operational environment.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed written procedures and parameters.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail for tasks like folding, inserting, and pasting.
- Ability to operate and support various mail processing machinery.
- Strong sense of responsibility for quality control and accuracy.
- Proactive communication skills to report issues to the Group Leader.
- Commitment to following company policies and safety procedures.
