Every is seeking an Equipment Citations Specialist to manage the follow-up process for toll, parking, and fine citations. In this role, you’ll provide clerical support and build relationships with customers, field locations, and DMVs to ensure favorable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on tolls, parking, and fine citations
- Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties
- Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Good attendance record
- Previous call center/phone-based work experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Task-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
