Are you looking for impact? At Vitals, we’re hiring a Meta Paid Acquisition Expert to own Meta Ads end-to-end, shaping strategy, executing campaigns, and optimizing performance to turn Meta into a reliable growth engine for Shopify stores. You will be responsible for scaling all Meta Ads campaigns and managing significant monthly ad budgets.

What You'll Do

Own and scale all Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across acquisition and retargeting.
Build and optimize full-funnel strategies: prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
Launch, test, and iterate on creatives, copy, audiences, and offers at high velocity.
Continuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, LTV, and payback period.
Manage and allocate significant monthly ad budgets with confidence and discipline.
Deep-dive into performance data - identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
Run structured experiments (A/B tests, creative testing frameworks, audience expansion).
Stay ahead of Meta platform changes, tracking updates, and best practices.
Build clear reporting and dashboards to communicate performance and insights.
Document learnings and create playbooks to scale what works.

What We're Looking For

5-8+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads at scale.
Proven track record in managing large budgets and driving profitable growth.
Deep understanding of Meta Ads mechanics: bidding, learning phase, creatives, audiences, tracking.
Extremely data-driven: decisions backed by numbers, not opinions.
Creative-minded: knows that performance comes from great creatives, not just targeting.
Comfortable moving fast, testing often, and iterating aggressively.
Strong ownership mindset: treats the ad account like it’s your own business.

Nice to Have

Experience in Shopify, SaaS, or ecommerce is a strong plus.
