Hunt St is hiring a Meta Media Buyer to manage, optimise, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Facebook and Instagram ads, ensuring they deliver measurable ROI while strictly adhering to Meta platform policies and healthcare advertising regulations. In this role, you will work closely with content, strategy, and design teams.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta ad campaigns for multiple client accounts on Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and comprehensive performance tracking.
- Conduct systematic testing of creative assets, audience targeting, and campaign variables.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with Meta platform policies and healthcare advertising requirements.
- Implement audience targeting strategies, funnel optimisation, and conversion tracking.
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain real-time reporting dashboards to track campaign performance.
- Provide weekly updates on KPIs, campaign outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and report on key metrics including ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to brief new ad concepts and provide performance feedback.
- Contribute to integrated marketing strategies by sharing insights from Meta campaigns.
- Establish streamlined systems for campaign organisation, documentation, and asset management.
- Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation including strategies, results, and learnings.
- Monitor Meta platform trends, algorithm updates, and feature releases.
- Maintain current knowledge of Meta advertising best practices and healthcare advertising regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to extract actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, funnel optimisation, and conversion tracking.
- Experience building and maintaining performance reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of Meta platform policies and healthcare advertising compliance.
- Proficiency with key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Data-driven decision making with a focus on performance insights.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to implement improvements independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Highly organised with strong systems and process management skills.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote team.
- Ability to meet performance targets and KPIs.
- Strict adherence to NDAs, Non-Compete Agreements, and client confidentiality.
- Willingness to maintain organised systems, documentation, and proactive reporting.
