Weflow is hiring an Open Source Developer to join our team via Mercor. In this role, you will turn your open-source experience into valuable, high-impact data by focusing on the review and maintenance of live repositories.
What You'll Do
- Review, maintain, and troubleshoot live repositories
- Debug repository states and fix broken histories without data loss
What We're Looking For
- Open-source developer or maintainer with experience contributing to or reviewing code in live repositories
- Comfortable reasoning about Git at a deep level
Nice to Have
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in open-source, backend, or DevOps roles
- Demonstrated history of contributions on GitHub, GitLab, or other OSS platforms
- Experience in code review or AI/LLM model evaluation
