Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions remotely using the company's telehealth platform
- Perform thorough patient evaluations and contribute to treatment plan development
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Deliver customized therapeutic care based on individual client needs
- Attend monthly clinical case discussions led by the Lead Psychologist
Requirements
- Hold a current, unrestricted independent license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) in good standing
- Capable of delivering telehealth services
- Have at least two years of direct clinical experience working with adult clients
- Willingness to obtain California licensure if not already licensed, with support provided
Nice to Have
- Fluent in Spanish
- Prior experience in telemedicine
