We are looking for a Mental Health Professional - Triage Welcome Agent fluent in French to join ifeel's online therapy platform in a freelance capacity. In this crucial role, you will conduct initial patient assessments via chat and ensure they are directed to the most suitable psychological services based on their needs.
What You'll Do
- Assess new patients through initial chat interviews upon their platform entry.
- Assign the most adequate prevention and intervention service for each patient according to their psychological needs.
- Identify and clarify patients' psychological demands.
- Support the Operations department with other related administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- An advanced degree in Clinical Psychology.
- A current license to practice psychology in your country of residence.
- Minimum of six months of direct experience in psychological care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Good command of technologies relevant to a digital platform.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9h to 17h CET.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English or Spanish at a B2 - C1 level.
