Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Service professional to support Booking.com's clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences. You will be the direct point of contact for Flemish-speaking customers, handling a variety of inquiries and resolutions. This role is based in Greece and includes a full relocation package.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries in Flemish via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with booking accommodations, travel plans, and other inquiries.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on products and services.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Interest in the travel industry and passion for customer service.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
