Disaster Care Capital is hiring an AI Video Editor to produce compelling short-form video content. In this role, you will leverage AI tools to turn scripts and storyboards into polished, on-brand reels optimized for social media engagement.

What You'll Do

Generate multiple reels per day using AI platforms like Synthesia, Pictory, RunwayML, and D-ID
Adapt provided scripts and storyboards into engaging visual sequences
Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and licensed music
Optimize aspect ratios, file formats, bitrates, and metadata for each social platform
Organize AI assets, project files, and version history with clear naming conventions
Iterate quickly on video content based on performance metrics and feedback

What We're Looking For

Autonomous operation in selecting AI tools, defining visual style, setting pacing, and executing core post-production tweaks
Seek approval for the final cut, major style revisions, and the publishing schedule
