Marshfield Clinic Health System is looking for a Mental Health Counselor (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) to provide compassionate care to patients. In this role, you will deliver vital therapy services and ensure continuity of care through clear collaboration with providers and agencies.
What You'll Do
- Provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment to patients.
- Conduct individual, marital, family, and group therapy.
- Perform triage, crisis intervention, diagnosis, education, and discharge of patients.
- Work with providers, professionals, and agencies to ensure continuity of care.
- Complete thorough documentation in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- Master's or doctoral degree in professional counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy (or equivalent coursework).
- Current State of Wisconsin license as a Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Experience working with patients of all age ranges with a range of mental health problems and diagnoses.
- Experience completing thorough intake assessments and making diagnoses.
- Experience providing ongoing treatment which addresses problems.
- Experience with individual, couple, family and group treatment.
- Experience identifying and understanding the psychodynamics of individuals.
- Experience working in a team environment.
