Regeneron is hiring a Sales Specialist, Oncology to join its International Oncology organisation in the UK. You will own a territory across South West and South Wales, engaging Healthcare Professionals, shaping account plans, and building support in Oncology. The role combines scientific confidence with compliant selling to optimise clinical practice.
What You'll Do
- Meet HCPs to share science, messaging, and local value.
- Keep product and indication knowledge current and compliant.
- Build and update account plans using data and market insight.
- Segment and target accounts in line with UK guidance.
- Partner with medical and commercial colleagues to deliver programmes.
- Use face-to-face, remote, and digital channels to engage customers.
- Report performance, trends, opportunities, and risks to UK leadership.
- Represent Regeneron Oncology at meetings and congresses when required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or recognised equivalent for sales professionals).
- Qualified in the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice (e.g., ABPI or EFPIA).
- Strong customer engagement capability.
- Technical aptitude for disease and concept selling.
- Ability to adapt your approach to the audience.
- Confident working with data, multiple systems, and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sales (ideally 5+ years).
- Oncology selling experience.
- Experience in melanoma or non-melanoma skin cancer.
- Launch experience.
