About the Role

From Day One, Inc. is looking for a Client Success Manager to take a key role in managing our large and growing roster of sponsors. Your mission is to ensure they achieve their goals by delivering high-touch service, coordinating logistics, and helping them engage with our audience. This Toronto-based role is remote within the city.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the post-sales journey.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, effectively addressing all client questions and concerns.
  • Onboard clients, understand their needs, and ensure they gain value from our product.
  • Ensure the client event experience exceeds expectations, leading to positive reviews and contract renewal.
  • Manage all client deliverables and information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with logistics for gathering client materials, including travel and shipping.
  • Conduct post-event feedback calls to assess areas for improvement and opportunities for upsell or renewal.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Own key performance indicators, including renewal rate and customer satisfaction scores.

What We're Looking For

  • A 4-year college or university degree at minimum.
  • A strong academic background.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time, professional post-graduation experience.
  • Direct experience in customer or client success within events or conferences.
  • Basic knowledge of business software such as MS Office products, Google For Business, or similar.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $75,000 CAD per year.
