TransUnion LLC is hiring a remote Membership and Credentialing Specialist to perform due diligence and authentication for complex cases. In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing policies, supporting departmental initiatives, and acting as a subject matter expert within a welcoming, energetic environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

What You'll Do

Perform due diligence examination and investigation on more complex cases.
Authenticate end users' permissible purpose/authorized uses based on local government regulations and laws.
Assess certified intended use of services and products requested by more complex customers.
Conduct examination and investigation via Third Party tools and online resources.
Provide support to the Lead/Manager with various departmental initiatives.
Support internal partners by providing guidance and updates on credentialing processes.
Document and maintain departmental processes.
Provide support to the Team for QA accountability and assist the QA Team with questions.
Lead multiple special handling projects.

What We're Looking For

BA/BS in business, finance, or a related field.
5+ years of prior professional work experience.
Ability to perform due diligence examination/investigation on complex cases.
Ability to authenticate permissible purpose based on regulations.
Ability to assess intended use of services/products for complex customers.
Analytical skill to interpret business information and solve complex problems.
Multitasking skill to produce high-quality work consistently.
Decision-making skill with independent judgment for membership approval/declination.
Psychological skill to maintain focus, flexibility, and organization.
