Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG) is hiring a Member Support Consultant to be the energy behind our clubs. You’ll often be the first person a prospective member meets, playing a key role in driving new memberships and helping people commit to a healthier lifestyle in this fast-paced, people-first role.
What You'll Do
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referral campaigns.
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Actively involve in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
- Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and recommend club-based products.
What We're Looking For
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
- The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles.
- Outstanding communication abilities, able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
- Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
