Responsibilities
- Develop autonomous AI agents to manage business processes such as lead qualification, customer support, and follow-ups with underwriters
- Design and implement workflow orchestration systems that handle document retrieval, API integrations with carriers, compliance validation, and coordination with human reviewers across thousands of simultaneous transactions
- Deliver functional voice AI capable of responding to complex, real-world inquiries from business owners, including clarification requests about coverage details
- Build self-reinforcing systems where every decision is logged and outcomes are used to improve future AI performance through feedback loops
Compensation
Salary range $140,000 to $200,000, plus performance-based bonuses and equity compensation. Additional equity is included as part of the total pay package.

Collaborate directly with company founders. There are no committees or multi-layered approval processes.

- Applicants must reside in San Francisco or be prepared to relocate there.
