Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience specifically in international payroll processing, with deep expertise in Portugal payroll regulations.
- Demonstrated experience managing payroll for international entities, particularly Singapore, including a solid understanding of local statutory requirements.
- Proven experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) models and managing third-party payroll providers.
- Proficiency with enterprise-level HRIS and payroll systems, such as Dayforce or Workday.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, critical for managing complex payroll data and processes.
- Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional payroll tax laws, social security contributions, and benefits administration.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex payroll information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
- A strong desire and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment within the financial services sector.
- Intellectual curiosity, integrity, and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
