Anchorage Digital is hiring a Member of Compliance, Information Technology to join our global compliance team. This role focuses on the intersection of technology, regulatory requirements, and digital asset infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain compliance technology programs and controls
- Design and implement IT compliance frameworks to meet global regulatory standards
- Conduct risk assessments and audits of technology systems and processes
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to embed compliance into technology initiatives
- Monitor and report on compliance with technology-related regulations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT compliance, technology risk management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks as they apply to technology and financial services
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable technical controls
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work Mode
This is a global, remote position open to candidates located in Portugal or Argentina.
