DWE Eichelberg GmbH is hiring a Member Experience Specialist (Arabic, Hebrew, Italian, Korean, French, German) to provide exceptional, concierge-level support to members navigating fertility, adoption, and surrogacy. You will be a trusted guide, offering personalized assistance in the member's preferred language throughout their family-forming journey.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 1:1 video consultations to educate members on fertility, adoption, and surrogacy topics.
- Assist members in identifying the right fertility clinic or service provider, schedule appointments, and provide ongoing concierge support.
- Address member inquiries by proactively researching and presenting high-quality solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Conduct in-depth research on country-specific legislation and medical landscapes related to fertility and family-forming options.
- Regularly update our platform’s knowledge databases with the latest information on relevant healthcare practices and legal frameworks.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- A commitment to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, with a specific focus on fertility and family-forming journeys.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
- Must be fluent in at least one of the following: Arabic, Hebrew, Italian, Korean, French, or German.
Nice to Have
- A background in healthcare (e.g., fertility nurse, midwife, or related field) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a customer care role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Additional fluency in one of the mentioned languages (Arabic, Hebrew, Italian, Korean, French, German) is a strong plus.

Work Mode
This role is based in Berlin, Germany and operates on a hybrid model with 2 days per week remote. You also have the option to work 8 weeks per year remotely from anywhere.
