Kaufland e-commerce is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager (all genders) to join as a parental leave replacement for one year. You will develop marketing strategies to acquire new sellers and promote marketplace services as part of our dynamic team. This role combines a start-up mentality with the backing of a major corporate group.
What You'll Do
- Develop B2B marketing strategies and concepts to acquire new sellers for the online marketplaces and market existing services in collaboration with partners.
- Create content, websites, newsletters, social media posts, blogs, and publications in collaboration with the Communication Team to maximize lead generation.
- Maintain and develop the brand image of the Kaufland Global Marketplace all-in-one solution.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs of all marketing activities and derive necessary optimization measures to improve performance.
- Advise Partner Managers as an expert for international promotion activities and develop individual advertising concepts for different countries.
- Work closely with Seller Communication, Partner Managers, and the Sales Team.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed university degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or comparable training.
- Initial experience in marketing or B2B marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and high affinity for data-driven marketing.
- Creativity and innovation skills in developing marketing strategies and cross-functional campaigns.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical content appropriately for the target audience.
- Fluent in German and English (C1) and enjoy working in an international environment.
