Kaufland e-commerce is looking for a Communications- & PR-Manager (all genders) to shape the external voice for our international online marketplaces. You will be a key player in planning B2B communication, managing press relations, and creating compelling content to support our sellers and brand.
What You'll Do
- Plan and design B2B communication for the online marketplaces, coordinating content across all B2B channels.
- Develop marketplace-relevant topics for external communication, serving as an information source for sellers.
- Answer press inquiries, independently develop press releases, and implement publications in close cooperation with other departments.
- Create and optimize compelling promotional texts for brand presence.
- Ensure the online marketplaces are always presented in the best possible way.
- Manage external publications and support B2B social media channels and the business blog with relevant content.
- Write and send newsletters to external stakeholders.
- Conduct seller interviews and create surveys.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in content creation and press work/public relations.
- A communicative professional with a passion for e-commerce and a feel for successful advertising messages.
- Excellent command of text and a very good feel for language and communication.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, blogs, CMS.
- Very good language skills and a very good feel for correct spelling.
- Enjoyment of researching, conceptualizing, and analyzing, with a high degree of initiative.
- Enjoy working in a team.
- Very good English skills (C1).
- Ability to submit at least 3 work samples (outside of an academic context) with your application.
