audibene is hiring a Senior Growth Performance Manager to join our team of e-commerce experts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and steering cross-channel paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and working closely with creative and project management teams. You will be part of customer teams and take ownership of your own accounts from the start.
What You'll Do
- Develop and steer cross-channel paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, and Pinterest.
- Take responsibility for testing roadmaps, funnel structures, target audience setups, and budget allocation.
- Analyze performance data in depth (ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.) and derive concrete measures from it.
- Present your results clearly, confidently, and with strategic foresight.
- Work closely with Creatives, Content & Project Management – from briefing to implementation.
- Set up tracking & attribution models cleanly (GTM, GA4, Meta CAPI, possibly Server-Side).
- Actively monitor trends & platform updates and implement them proactively.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in both Google Ads AND Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- You have independently planned, set up, tested, and scaled campaigns.
- You think in funnels, budgets, and target audiences – not just in CTRs and clicks.
- You work data-driven, structured, and with a strategic mindset.
- Confident handling of tools like Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Manager, and GA4.
- You communicate clearly and independently with clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Performance Max & YouTube Ads.
- Experience with TikTok Ads or Pinterest.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Knowledge of UGC strategies and/or email marketing.
- Basic understanding of tracking / CAPI / GTM / Shopify conversions.
- Experience in agencies or start-ups is an advantage.
