audibene is hiring an Executive Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of content, community, and performance across key platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You'll connect strategic vision with creative execution to drive measurable impact for our brand.
What You'll Do
- Plan editorial calendars and align content with brand strategy and platform best practices.
- Manage internal and external productions, briefing creators and partners to bring ideas to life.
- Write sharp, on-brand captions and adapt copy to different formats and target audiences.
- Publish content on time and handle community management with a proactive and reactive approach.
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and optimizations.
- Lead client status calls and support with report presentations and content or pitch decks.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on social media experience.
- Understanding of agency processes and client dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, with familiarity of Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or YouTube.
- Ability to own the full content process, from ideation to publishing.
- Confidence in working with creators and cross-functional teams.
- Skill in writing engaging, tailored copy and hitting the right tone for each platform and audience.
- Understanding of KPIs and reporting tools, using data to continuously improve content performance.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Clear communication skills with clients and internal teams alike.
