MH Onlinehandel GmbH is hiring for a part-time Customer Support role to provide excellent service for our online shops from your home office. You’ll join a young team, take on responsibility from day one, and grow by learning new areas of our business.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer consultation via email, phone, and chat.
- Improve the customer experience by providing feedback to marketing and management.
- Perform small tasks on the online shops to enhance product information.
- Manage additional sales channels like Amazon, Kaufland, and Ebay in the future.
- Potentially take on reputation management and social media management later.
What We're Looking For
- A good all-rounder with a high willingness to learn new areas.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- A high degree of independence and personal responsibility.
- Enjoyment in developing yourself and gaining new impressions.
- The ability to independently research and share knowledge with others.
- Friendliness and self-confidence in dealing with customers and business partners.
