Perpetuo GmbH is seeking a Consultant mit Spanischkenntnissen (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will drive digital transformation and change initiatives for corporates and medium-sized companies, taking responsibility for key (sub-)projects and stakeholder communication. You’ll be part of a unique consulting environment built on mutual support and friendly collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Perform consulting activities in a team on topics of digital transformation and post-merger integration.
- Take responsibility for and independently lead a (sub-)project.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Formulate clear recommendations and conclusions from complex qualitative and quantitative information.
- Moderate and create workshops for team members and clients, and ensure the smooth running of parallel projects.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of professional experience in demanding environments such as Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Management Consulting.
- Proven ability to collaborate and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and abstract thinking skills, and the ability to solve problems through quantitative analysis.
- Curiosity and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Spanish language skills at native speaker level.
- Negotiation-level German language skills.
