Join uai as a Customer Service Operator focused on Bulgarian language communications within the debt collection services sector. You'll be the key point of contact for our clients, processing their inquiries and providing expert advice to ensure satisfaction and maintain our quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Process customer e-mails and manage written communication.
- Handle telephone and other direct communications with customers.
- Provide expert advice and customer-oriented problem solving.
- Ensure the client's quality requirements and customer satisfaction are met.
- Record business transactions accurately in the company software.
What We're Looking For
- Rich vocabulary in Polish for official and formal communication.
- Excellent communication skills with a calm and patient nature.
- A self-taught person who is attentive to details and possesses strong observation skills.
- Proficient knowledge of PC and Microsoft operations (Windows, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Bulgarian language at least at an intermediate level.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service field.
