Lost and Found Personalberatung & Vermittlung is hiring a Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager (m/w/d) for a market-leading international contract catering corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships within the state of NRW, focusing on the food service and community catering sector.
What You'll Do
- Steadily maintain and expand business relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to secure and grow the existing business through continuous needs analysis.
- React promptly to changing customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings and create individual development and action plans in collaboration with operational colleagues.
- Manage tender processes, developing and presenting tailored solutions.
- Complete all necessary documentation in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed university degree (e.g., business administration) or comparable gastronomic training.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in customer service.
- Determination, persuasiveness, and strong negotiation skills in customer contact.
- Experience in leading B2B negotiations and relationship management.
- A high level of initiative and an independent, results-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills and a confident professional appearance.
- Sound PC skills and secure English language skills, both spoken and written.
