Audibene is hiring a Technical Compliance Manager to join our growing iGaming team. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of compliance, growth, and agility as we expand into multiple markets. This role offers independent oversight, requires proactive research of regulations, and focuses on streamlining processes to reduce compliance costs.

What You'll Do

Provide independent oversight and assurance to the business of compliance to technical requirements.
Proactively research technical requirements and regulations for new and existing markets and liaise with stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions.
Carry out technical compliance gap assessments/analyses across relevant jurisdictions/markets.
Advise teams on the interpretation of technical regulations, requirements, and standards and on the implementation of technical solutions/products.
Maintain regular contact with key internal and external stakeholders such as product development and 3rd party B2B suppliers.
Ensure products are technically compliant in the jurisdictions of operation.
Interact with Regulators on technical compliance matters, including reporting and producing reports as required.
Continuously assess product compliance, operational risks, schedule compliance tasks, and report identified risks and gaps.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years’ experience in a Technical Compliance role within iGaming.
Work experience in an ISO27001 Compliant environment.
Understanding of the iGaming business framework (B2B) and best practice standards and requirements.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to details, composure and patience.
Highly pragmatic and proactive.
Ability to work on your own initiative with minimum management.
Team player with a hands-on approach.
