DWE Eichelberg GmbH is looking for a (Junior) Sales Manager to drive growth in the German healthcare market by building relationships with medical professionals and promoting our certified digital therapy (DiGA). You will be the face of our solution, connecting with key stakeholders to integrate it into daily practice.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and convince doctors, diabetes advisors, and medical staff of the digital health application.
- Manage outbound and inbound activities, contacting potential prescribers and nurturing qualified leads.
- Take full responsibility for the sales cycle with medical practices, from first contact to the first successful prescription.
- Proactively address inquiries, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure a smooth process that builds trust.
- Maintain all sales activities meticulously in the CRM system (HubSpot) to create the data foundation for success.
- Organize and accompany webinars for medical professionals, acting as a competent contact person.
- Represent Una Health occasionally at digital and physical professional events.
- Collect valuable feedback directly from practices and work closely with marketing and product teams.
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales mindset, high motivation, hunger for success, and persistence.
- Excellent communication skills in German (native level), persuasive on the phone, able to explain complex matters simply.
- Customer orientation, ability to empathize with the workflows of a medical practice and build trust quickly.
- Ability to work independently, structured, and maintain an overview even with a full pipeline.
- Perfect command of German in writing and speech, good English for internal communication.
- Proficiency with digital tools like CRM systems.
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medical technology, SaaS, or another DiGA).
- Background as a career changer (e.g., as a diabetes advisor, MFA, PTA, or similar).
