BEFORE EIGHT Group GmbH is looking for an A&R Trainee to join the program at CHAPTER EIGHT Records, now recruiting for September 2025. This program develops dynamic A&Rs focused on scouting and signing viral tracks through proactive, outbound talent acquisition. You will become an integral part of our success story, which you can actively help to shape.
What You'll Do
- Use TikTok to identify trending and emerging artists, sounds, and music trends.
- Customize a feed to spot new talents and trending music effectively.
- Utilize specialized tools and platforms to assess new releases and track artist performance.
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss deals, artist outreach, and challenges.
- Maintain close communication with team leads and receive regular feedback.
What We're Looking For
- A strong sense for trends and the ability to spot potential viral artists (no prior experience required).
- Creative skills and an eye for detail to develop innovative tracks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with artists and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Team & Environment
You'll join a team of 1-10 employees, operating in a start-up atmosphere with flat hierarchies and a young corporate culture. You will report to team leads.
