ARRISE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Arts & Science Undergraduate Society. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support. This is a remote position with flexible working arrangements and significant growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and address inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist clients with onboarding, training, and system usage.
- Escalate technical issues to specialized teams when required.
- Document client issues, feedback, and solutions in internal systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk reduction.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, ServiceNow, or MS Office 365.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Basic technical background or experience in financial or IT services.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as GitLab or ServiceNow.
