About the Role

ARRISE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Arts & Science Undergraduate Society. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support. This is a remote position with flexible working arrangements and significant growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and address inquiries with professionalism.
  • Assist clients with onboarding, training, and system usage.
  • Escalate technical issues to specialized teams when required.
  • Document client issues, feedback, and solutions in internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk reduction.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, ServiceNow, or MS Office 365.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Basic technical background or experience in financial or IT services.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as GitLab or ServiceNow.
