Boardwise GmbH is hiring an Account Executive (AE) - Enterprise Sales (m/f/d) to lead B2B SaaS sales cycles in the DACH region. You will take over a qualified pipeline, negotiate with large enterprise customers, and drive new business growth in a culture built on trust and flexibility.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end sales in the Enterprise environment with a focus on New Business.
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with decision-makers at board, executive, and management levels.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and handle offer and contract negotiations.
- Create precise forecasts and be responsible for meeting or exceeding your quota.
- Maintain CRM data in HubSpot and use modern sales tools like Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism.
- Occasionally conduct on-site workshops and customer onboardings.
- Work closely with marketing for lead qualification and pipeline optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS B2B sales.
- Fluent German (C2) in speech and writing, very good English (minimum B2).
- Experience dealing with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles.
- Confident, professional demeanor – both written and oral.
- Willingness for occasional travel within the DACH region.
Nice to Have
- Experience in pipeline generation (Outbound, ABM, or collaboration with SDRs).
- Knowledge of common SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDDPICC).
- Experience with multi-stakeholder deals including legal and security reviews.
- Demonstrable quota attainment successes.
- Degree in business, management, or a comparable field.
