Responsibilities
- Plan editorial calendars and align content with brand strategy and platform best practices
- Manage internal and external productions and brief creators and partners to bring ideas to life
- Write sharp, on-brand captions and adapt copy to different formats and target audiences
- Publish content on time and handle community management with a proactive and reactive approach
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and optimisations
- Lead client status calls and support with report presentations and content or pitch decks
Requirements
- 2+ years of social media experience and understand agency processes and client dynamics
- Know Instagram and TikTok deeply and are familiar with Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or YouTube
- Own the full content process, from ideation to publishing, and work confidently with creators and teams
- Write engaging, tailored copy and know how to hit the right tone for each platform and audience
- Understand KPIs and reporting tools and use data to continuously improve content performance
- Speak fluent German and English and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams alike
