EWOR GmbH is looking for a MedTech Co-Founder / Head of Growth to own and build a startup from the ground up. You will receive intensive coaching and support from our network of unicorn founders, embarking on a personal development journey while scaling your venture to over €100M in revenues. This is a unique opportunity to lead your own company with substantial backing and expert guidance.
What You'll Do
- Own, build, and run your own startup in fields such as MedTech.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
- Follow a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
- Iterate your product until having reached product-market-fit.
- Build up a sales force or create a marketing engine.
- Scale your startup to €100M+ in revenues and raise multi-million euro funding.
What We're Looking For
- You are based in Europe or the Americas or are open to relocate.
- You are willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- You have excellent communication skills in the English language.
