The Field Sales Representative will directly manage sales growth by building a book of business through in-home and community-based sales efforts. This role is perfect for energetic, empathetic candidates looking to join a growing business segment selling our competitive Medicare product portfolio. The selected representative will own the member relationship throughout the year, serving as the primary contact for member inquiries – from plan benefits to product services and resolving any product utilization issues. Job Responsibilities: • Acquire new members by engaging in community events to generate leads and referrals • Assess customer needs using insightful questions and superior listening skills • Service existing members and handle product-related inquiries • Cross-sell ancillary and additional products to current members • Maintain member retention • Stay current with CMS and state regulations • Multitask effectively while using computer systems during prospect and member interactions • Accurately capture information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Accountabilities: • Meet sales goals, conversion rates, and cross-sell rates for new member acquisition • Contact prospective members within specified time frames • Achieve targeted member retention rates • Deliver highest levels of member satisfaction through surveys and retention metrics • Develop expert-level understanding of company products, services, and processes • Successfully pass annual requirements: - American Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) - Continued Education (CE's) - Product Certification - Required Security and Compliance - Client/Carrier Certifications - Any required CMS Certifications Required Qualifications: • Must reside in: Delaware, Buck, Chester, Montgomery, Philadelphia, York, Lancaster, Dauphin, Lebanon counties • Obtain Life & Health insurance license within 60 days of employment start date • Active computer use for daily job activities • Ability to multitask while on phone • Excellent communication and listening skills • Self-starter with positive attitude • Adaptable to high-pressure, achievement-oriented environment • Drive to build, manage, and grow a business • High computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: • Prior Medicare sales experience • Bilingual (Spanish) Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (High School diploma + 4 years relevant experience) Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $51,686.00 - $101,286.00 (Actual offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors) Our people fuel our future.
