This role is responsible for driving product utilization in the Allergy/Immunology and ENT therapeutic areas across a defined territory spanning Utah and Idaho. The ideal candidate will combine clinical sales expertise with a deep understanding of market dynamics to engage healthcare professionals, including physicians, advanced practitioners, and care teams, in meaningful dialogue about treatment options and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account strategies to increase product adoption within key practices and institutions
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Allergy, Immunology, and Otolaryngology providers and support staff
- Collaborate with regional field teams and internal stakeholders to align on customer needs and brand objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform proactive outreach and positioning
- Represent the brand at medical conferences, local meetings, and industry events to expand visibility and engagement
Qualifications
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least two years focused in Immunology, ENT, or a related specialty biologic market. Proven success in complex sales environments across diverse customer types is essential. The role requires regular travel across a broad geographic area.
Preference will be given to those with advanced degrees or certifications, direct experience in Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology settings, and a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets. Strong ethical judgment, collaboration skills, and a genuine interest in science and healthcare innovation are highly valued.
Work Environment
This is an on-site position with primary coverage areas including Bountiful, Farmington, Idaho Falls, Logan, Layton, Ogden, Park City, Pocatello, Salt Lake City, and West Valley City. While some roles may offer flexibility, most require in-person presence. Candidates should consult with the hiring team for specific expectations.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary range is $143,500 – $187,500, complemented by annual cash and stock bonuses.
