Alfasigma Global is seeking a dedicated Medical Representative to join our team in Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the health of patients.
What You'll Do
- Adhere to the company's sales model and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and prospects in your assigned region.
- Drive demand for our products among healthcare professionals.
- Conduct events with potential doctors.
- Utilize marketing and market analysis tools, and comply with established processes and standards.
- Ensure the proper and efficient use of resources, following internal policy.
What We're Looking For
- A completed Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in research laboratories or a similar role.
- Willingness to travel as required by the territory.
- A results-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Effective and empathetic communication skills.
- A commitment to act with integrity in all professional dealings.
