CSL Seqirus is hiring a Medical Representative for the Iasi Area to promote the company's pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, achieve sales targets, and build lasting relationships in the assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Arrange appointments and give presentations to doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital medical teams.
- Organize conferences and medical events to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Build and maintain excellent, long-term collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Ensure achievement and expansion of annual sales targets and accomplish promotion targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Promote products in accordance with approved plans and engage HCPs in dialogue to effectively promote product knowledge.
- Ensure full coverage of the assigned area and target specialties.
- Monitor hospital tender contracts for company products.
- Report on time any adverse reactions and complete required Activity Reports.
- Observe internal rules and the ethics and deontology code, ensuring the security of company documents.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital business.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a medical representative.
- Knowledge of PC Operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license.
- English knowledge in both spoken and written communication.
Nice to Have
- University degree (graduate of the Faculty of Medicine or Pharmacy).
- Trainings or certificates in selling skills, negotiating skills, or communication.
- Experience in cardiology, nephrology, anesthesiology, gastroenterology, and surgery.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant protocols and compliance guidelines.
Work Mode
This is a local-city role covering the districts of Iasi, Suceava, Botosani, Vaslui, and Piatra Neamt.
