CSL Seqirus is hiring a Medical Representative to promote our portfolio within the Bucharest area, including parts of Bucharest, Giurgiu, and Ialomita districts. In this role, you will be a key link between our company and healthcare professionals, driving product knowledge and achieving business objectives within a culture built on inclusion, curiosity, and empathy.
What You'll Do
- Arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
- Give presentations to healthcare professionals in hospitals and the retail sector.
- Organize conferences and medical events to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Build and maintain excellent, long-term collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Ensure achievement and expansion of annual sales targets.
- Promote products in accordance with approved plans and engage HCPs in dialogue.
- Ensure full coverage of the assigned area and target specialties.
- Report all adverse reactions learned about drugs in the portfolio in a timely manner.
- Accomplish promotion targets set on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Complete Activity Reports and communicate any reports requested by management on time.
- Observe Interior Order Rules and the ethics and deontology code.
- Ensure the security of company documents used by the employee.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital business.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a medical representative.
- Knowledge of PC Operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in cardiology, nephrology, anesthesiology, gastroenterology, and surgery.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant protocols and compliance guidelines.
- Valid driver's license.
- English knowledge both in spoken and written communication.
Nice to Have
- University degree (graduate of the Faculty of Medicine or Pharmacy).
- Trainings/certificates in selling skills, negotiating skills, communication.

This is a local, field-based role focusing on the Bucharest Area, Romania, including parts of Bucharest, Giurgiu, and Ialomita districts.
