Company is hiring a Medical Representative to manage and grow sales for assigned pharmaceutical products within a specific territory. The role centers on exceeding sales targets by executing detailed Sales Action Plans, building strong customer relationships, and adhering to all compliance standards.
What You'll Do
- Drive performance to meet or exceed sales targets for assigned products within the allocated territory.
- Execute in-clinic Sales Action Plans through the established Customer Engagement Model.
- Implement off-clinic promotional activities assigned to target customers.
- Ensure listing and consistent availability of company products as required.
- Validate, understand, and plan logistics to execute Sales Action Plans effectively.
- Take proactive decisions to ensure high-value customers (Gain, Build, Defend) are prioritized.
- Maintain a correct and complete customer database.
- Develop and validate effective Sales Action Plans, tracking achievement and taking corrective actions.
- Utilize Veeva functions for event management, surveys, and coaching.
- Maintain superior selling capability through knowledge of disease, clinical trials, product strategy, and competition.
- Apply selling skills in direct alignment with marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in Medical sales.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in a Pharmaceutical or Scientific field.
Technical Stack
- Veeva (Event Management, Survey, and CfE functions)
