Tandem Health is transforming healthcare with an AI-powered clinical operating system adopted by major healthcare organizations worldwide. In this role, you will bridge clinical insight with product implementation, supporting onboarding, workflow design, and continuous platform improvement through close collaboration with executives, clinicians, and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support global commercial efforts.
- Design and adapt workflows and templates for diverse markets and large-scale customers.
- Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver smooth rollouts and seamless workflow integration.
- Represent Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and customer events.
- Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems to ensure clinicians get maximum value from Tandem.
- Build templates and prompts, contributing to the ongoing evolution of Tandem’s AI assistant.
- Manage clinical safety incidents and optimise internal operations for safe scaling.
What We're Looking For
- Clinical experience in healthcare (e.g. general practice, hospital, private practice).
- Exposure to consulting, corporate, or startup environments.
- A passion for technology, AI, and their potential to transform care.
- Strong communication skills — equally comfortable with executives, engineers, and frontline clinicians.
- Organisational strength and a process-driven mindset.
- Ownership, curiosity, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25% and step in during critical moments.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian.
Nice to Have
- Experience with prompting or large language models (LLMs).
- Background in healthtech or SaaS.
- Familiarity with EU clinical safety or digital health regulations.
- Track record in implementation projects or customer rollouts.

Work Mode
Full-time remote role based in Lithuania with occasional travel to Stockholm and within Lithuania
