Universidad de las Américas is hiring a Medical Lecturer - ENT to guide students through their educational process, based on the institution's established academic methodology. In this role, you will prepare, update, and teach assigned courses using current pedagogical tools to convey knowledge in a global context.

What You'll Do

Prepare, update, and deliver assigned courses, seminars, or workshops according to the distribution of teaching, research, community outreach, and administrative load.
Support academic directors and coordinators in the development of documents and academic activities.
Participate in faculty training processes as required by the institution.
Serve on thesis committees where required.
Provide individual or group tutoring to students in the subjects under your charge.
Develop and make available to students the syllabi for the subjects to be taught.

What We're Looking For

Academic Master's degree.
Degree or specialization area in line with or related to the subjects to be taught.
3-5 years of experience in the position.
Specific experience in teaching.
Knowledge of learning techniques.
Knowledge of student service techniques.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
